What MyLocalChemist is
We’re a directory. We list independent community pharmacies so you can see, in one place, which services each one offers and how to reach it. Every pharmacy we list is independently owned — some by a single pharmacist, some by a small local group — not part of a national chain.
The care itself happens in the pharmacies — NHS services such as Pharmacy First and vaccinations, and private services such as travel clinics and health checks. MyLocalChemist’s job is to help you find the right pharmacy and get in touch — the booking, and the care, are with the pharmacy itself.

MyLocalChemist is operated by Dispharma UK Limited. We build and maintain the directory; the care itself is delivered by the independent pharmacies we list.
Each pharmacy on MyLocalChemist is independently owned and run, and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) — the regulator for pharmacies and pharmacists in Great Britain.
Our listed pharmacies provide NHS services. MyLocalChemist is the directory that helps you find them — your care and your records stay with the pharmacy, not the directory.
